  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in "as new" condition, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories included.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items that have been damaged or altered

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  3. You will receive a return shipping label via email.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  5. Attach the return shipping label to the package.
  6. Drop the package off at the nearest authorized shipping provider.


  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.


  • Exchanges can be processed for items of equal or lesser value.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange.
